Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We, CLASSEE BOUTIQUE, have a "30 DAY RETURN" policy for customers that are VIP members, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your merchandise.  We have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY" for our VIP Loyalty Members only.  VIP Loyalty Members have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their merchandise.  We, CLASSEE BOUTIQUE, access (charge) a 10% restocking fee. Our VIP Loyalty Members are excluded from paying the restocking fee.

To be eligible for free return, your item must be in the same condition as purchased.  All products must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the RMN (Return Merchandise Number) from customer support.

To start a free return, you can contact us at csclasseeboutique.@gmail.com  Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with return instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent to us without a RMN will not be accepted.

No final sales items are eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it right away.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  We, CLASSEE BOUTIQUE, also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch with us at csclasseeboutique@gmail.com, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items (unless there is a manufacture defect).


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a great exchange process is to contact us via email at csclasseeboutique@gmail.com and inform us of your decision to make an exchange of your product.


Refunds

We, CLASSEE BOUTIQUE, currently do not offer refunds on any items. We only offer store credits.  Store credits will consist of your total purchase minus shipping cost within 7-10 days after your merchandise has been inspected. Returns or Exchanges within 30 Days of delivery date for VIP Loyalty Memebers only.  Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from delivery date for other customers.

We, CLASSEE BOUTIQUE, will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or disapproved.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
